As written in service blog,
main idea of the new service - is a social directory for phone numbers exchange, private numbers storage and some other, for example: a private directory and a "sharing number for group" service. Used elements of AJAX. Main tool: search by means of tags.
Good news: supported Skype and a "future features" service: user may vote for one point of the list of features, which authors plan to develop next time.
